  4. Final approval by staff:
    Once the travel plan is fully assembled, the staff member gives their approval via the chat interface. This triggers the AI assistant to create the necessary objects and accurately map the data to the travel management system.
  5. Object creation in the travel management system:
    The AI assistant automatically creates the associated objects, such as hotels, transportation details, and activities, and inputs them into the travel management system.
  6. Validation and storage in Mendix:
